The Summer Tune-Up was created for women who are ready to step out of the exertion-exhaustion cycle, stop living in survival mode, and create a healthier, happier, more sustainable way to live and work.
For women who want to slow down without losing momentum.
Who want to reconnect with themselves.
And who are ready for life, work, relationships, health, and success to stop feeling so damn hard all the time.

Here’s what you’ll get:
8, 1:1 Coaching sessions (to be used between June 15 - Sept 30, 2026) via phone or zoom (video not required for most sessions) - These weekly sessions are 60 minutes.
Outreach, support and accountability via text in between sessions. It’s like having me in your back pocket. (Sunday - Thursday 11am-7pm ET.)
Together, we’ll dive in to help you get where you want to go with greater ease, joy and self-awareness.
You’ll have:
Guidance in creating a clear map to move you in the direction of your vision, dreams and goals.
Accountability to take the uncomfortable actions you might be avoiding.
And support to remove any physical, mental, emotional and energetic blocks or resistance that stands in your way of you living your best life.
